Shipping Policy

Shipping

Free shipping on every US order. No minimum, no surcharge by size or weight, and nothing added at checkout. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. We are not able to ship internationally, and we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

How long it takes

Orders are packed and dispatched on business days, Monday to Friday. You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery dates are given in good faith but remain estimates. Severe weather, carrier backlogs and other events outside our control can add time; when that happens we watch the shipment and keep you updated rather than leaving you to guess.

If something arrives wrong

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email support@luxoriahausliving.com within 30 days with a photo. We will replace it and cover the shipping both ways.

Returns

Every sheet comes with a 30-night trial, and used and washed sheets are accepted. The full terms are on our Return Policy page.
